I’ve now taken Hazel in 3 times: once for a scheduled appointment, once for a recheck, and a third time for an urgent care appointment to treat a flesh wound near the eye. Dr. Bigelow was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my concerns and questions. Dr. Boitnott was so personable and made me feel at ease in a more urgent situation. The staff immediately cared for my dog. The communication prior to procedure and the call by Dr. Boitnott and with the vet tech was detailed, specific and easy to understand. "I was grateful to be to referred to this urgent care for a late night minor emergency with my dog. The staff was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. They took great care of my small dog and were able to quickly stitch up a laceration. The clinic was incredibly clean as well. Pricing was all agreed upon up front, and they removed some medication from the “treatment plan” that I didn’t feel was totally necessary for my pet. Overall I had a great experience, and I would recommend to my friends!"
