Center Veterinary Clinic offers discounted Puppy Packages that bundle exams, vaccines, fecal analysis and the first dose of parasite control. This information will be presented to you at your first visit.

Visit #1

1. Physical Examination
2. 1st DHPP Booster (Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis, parainfluenza, Parvo).
3. Microscopic fecal analysis and deworming for round and hookworms.
4. Start intestinal parasite, heartworm and flea prevention.
5. Bordetella Vaccine (may be given at first visit or next depending on age.)

Visit #2:

1. Physical Examination Spay or Neuter Discussion**
2. 2nd DHPP Booster (Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis, parainfluenza, Parvo) & Bordetella.
3. 1st Leptospirosis vaccine at 12 weeks of age.
4. Microscopic fecal analysis and deworming for round and hookworms.
5. Second dose of intestinal parasite, heartworm and flea prevention.

Visit #3:

1. Rabies at 16-20 weeks of age.
2. 2nd Leptospirosis vaccine.
3. 6-12 months or intestinal parasite, heartworm and flea prevention*
4. Microchip Implantation.*
